Product Overview

The CCS282022 electromagnetic‑driven ICR switcher is built for day‑night surveillance cameras. Its enlarged optical‑filter set perfectly accommodates 1/1.8‑inch large‑size CMOS image sensors.

Day‑Night Switching Working Principle

This dual‑filter module solves round‑the‑clock imaging troubles. In daylight, the IR‑cut filter enters the light path to block infrared light over 650 nm, remove red‑tinted distortion and restore natural‑looking colours. After dark, it withdraws automatically. The full‑transmissive glass passes visible and IR light, improving low‑light sensitivity for sharp black‑and‑white night‑time footage.

Optimized Large‑Size Filter Window

Unlike compact ICR units for 1/3‑inch or 1/2.7‑inch sensors, its wide filter window fully covers the sensing area of 1/1.8‑inch sensors to avoid vignetting, edge light fall‑off and peripheral colour aberration. The precise electromagnetic actuator delivers quiet, steady filter movement and stable optical alignment after countless switching cycles.

Sturdy Build and Broad Compatibility

It features a tough plastic casing, metal mounting threads and lock screws. Its compact chassis holds the big‑sized filter assembly. The 2‑pin wiring harness works with most camera mainboards, serving as a flexible spare part for IP cameras, analogue surveillance cameras, licence‑plate cameras and 1/1.8‑inch‑based machine‑vision hardware.
